| dc.description | Abstract The present project consists of the design and implementation of a video surveillance system, using IP cameras and an alarm system with GSM and WIFI technology, for the purpose of real time and remote monitoring of the equipment room and the master control at the channel “El Ciudadano TV”. The applied knowledge was acquired during the study of Engineering in Digital Electronics and Telecommunications. The implemented system allows the user to carry out constant surveillance, with a free Android application installed on a Smartphone, the applications of the video surveillance system and alarm system work independent from each other; remote monitoring can be done by the person in charge of surveillance. When the person in charge enters the application, he’ll know the actual state of the channel’s equipment in real time, from every place that has an Internet connection. | dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto trata del diseño e implementación de un sistema de video vigilancia, mediante cámaras IP y sistema de alarma con tecnología GSM, WIFI, para el monitoreo en tiempo real y remoto del cuarto de equipos y el control master en el canal “El Ciudadano TV”. Se aplicó los conocimientos adquiridos en la carrera de Ingeniería en Electrónica Digital y Telecomunicaciones. Además, dicho sistema implementado permite realizar vigilancia constante, mediante una aplicación Android de acceso gratuito, instalada en un Smartphone, las aplicaciones del sistema de video vigilancia y alarma son independientes; el monitoreo remoto puede realizar la persona encargada de la vigilancia al ingresar a la aplicación y sabrá en tiempo real desde cualquier sitio que se encuentre con conexión a internet el estado de los equipos. De esta manera se contribuye con la mejora de la seguridad del canal, con la implementación de un sistema que cuenta con tecnología avanzada.
