| Resumen : | Los avances tecnológicos en la actualidad permiten que las empresas textiles puedan elaborar sus productos optimizando tiempo y recursos económicos; los nuevos modelos de negocio han surgido para satisfacer las necesidades del consumidor a partir de su capacidad adquisitiva. Las empresas textiles han evolucionado desde un enfoque de responsabilidad social y encamidadas a lograr un desarrollo sustentable con el diseño de productos textiles con materiales amigables con el entorno y mejores prácticas en toda su cadena de producción (Luque, 2018). En el presente proyecto de investigación se aborda la optimización del recurso humano en la empresa La Empresa Textil MENIN@S ubicada en la ciudad de Atuntaqui, cantón Antonio Ante, provincia de Imbabura, a partir del diseño de un plan de gestión que permita potencializar las capacidades técnicas del talento humano, a su vez definir los procesos internos de la organización para mejorar su rendimiento y productividad. El año 1924 con la creación de la Fábrica Textil Imbabura revolucionó la actividad económica de la población local en este cantón quienes enfocaron sus esfuerzos en el área textil. La apertura de empresas en esta área se ha dado dentro del contexto de la tendencia actual caracterizada por un marcado interés por sus productos, que son motivo de visitas de extranjeros y nacionales. Según Núñez (2018) el 31% de habitantes se dedican a la manufactura, Antonio Ante cuenta con 383 establecimientos dedicados a la producción textil convirtiéndose en un referente de moda a nivel nacional e internacional. La Empresa Textil “MENIN@S”, está ubicada en la ciudad de Atuntaqui, cantón Antonio Ante, provincia de Imbabura; con número de RUC registrado en el Servicio de Rentas Internas 1004200885001, como representante legal la Sra. Jessica Daniela Cóndor Palacios y como tipo contribuyente Persona Natural no obligada a llevar contabilidad, inició sus actividades el 08 de enero del 2012. En su actividad comercial se encuentra la producción y comercialización de vestimenta para niños de edades entre los 0 y 12 años. |
| Descripción : | Technological advances currently allow textile companies to develop their products optimizing time and financial resources; new business models have emerged to meet consumer needs based on their purchasing power. Textile companies have evolved from a social responsibility approach and aimed at achieving development sustainable with the design of textile products with materials that are friendly to the environment and better practices throughout its production chain (Luque, 2018). In this research project, addresses the optimization of human resources in the company The Textile Company MENIN@S located in the city of Atuntaqui, canton Antonio Ante, province of Imbabura, from the design of a plan of management that allows potentiating the technical capacities of human talent, in turn defining the internal processes of the organization to improve its performance and productivity. The year 1924 with the creation of the Imbabura Textile Factory revolutionized the economic activity of the local population in this canton who focused their efforts on the textile area. The opening of companies in this area has occurred within the context of the current trend characterized by a marked interest for its products, which are the reason for visits from foreigners and nationals. According to Núñez (2018), 31% of inhabitants are dedicated to manufacturing, Antonio Ante has 383 establishments dedicated to the textile production becoming a fashion benchmark at a national and international level. The Textile Company "MENIN@S", is located in the city of Atuntaqui, canton Antonio Ante, province from Imbabura; with RUC number registered in the Internal Revenue Service 1004200885001, as legal representative Mrs. Jessica Daniela Cóndor Palacios and as taxpayer type Natural Person not forced to keep accounts, began its activities on January 8, 2012. In its commercial activity it finds the production and marketing of clothing for children between the ages of 0 and 12. |
