| Resumen : | El presente proyecto está dirigido a la Implementación de un proceso de Intervención Psicológica que posee un diseño basado en recursos que proporciona la Teoría Cognitivo Conductual y la Terapia Cognitiva aplicados en el ámbito de la Violencia de Género, donde se estructurará un plan de sesiones para abordar sintomatología y dar soporte a las pacientes que serán parte de la muestra y que acudan a solicitar atención psicológica en la consulta privada. Mesa y Córdova (2018) en un recorrido histórico enuncian que las estructuras hegemónicas de las sociedades propician estilos segregacionistas en contra de las mujeres, anulando su participacion en el desarrollo de las sociedades. Es necesario estimar que se considera un tema de salud pública no por la denominación patológica, sino por el impacto social; para Gonzáles, Pardo e Izquierdo (2017) la violencia facilita la autoridad a la persona que la ejerce y somete a la persona que la recibe y de esta manera se delimitan posiciones de dominación y entorpecimiento. Resaltando la importancia del ámbito intrafamiliar en el que se desarrollan las muestras de violencia, Mayor & Salazar (2019) mencionan que la familia es el primer filtro de socialización, si es que se ve afectado por violencia, se obstaculizaría la transmisión de distintos valores humanos que decantaría en múltiples perjuicios de índole psicológica física y social. Ecuador tiene sus propios tratados sobre la Violencia, la Asamblea Nacional República del Ecuador(2018) enfatiza las relaciones desiguales de poder entre hombres y mujeres, donde esto provoca un ascenso simbólico de lo masculino frente a lo femenino formulando un control que hasta cierto punto se ubica como normalizado y legitimado. Según el Análisis de la Violencia de Género presentado por la Fiscalía General del Estado en (2020) 69 de cada 100 mujeres de edades comprendidas entre 30 y 44 años han sido víctimas de algún tipo de violencia (física, sexual, psicológica, patrimonial, gineco-obstétrica, política, simbólica) a lo largo de su vida. Además, 65 de cada 100 mujeres han sido víctimas de violencia en algún ámbito de su vida (educativo, laboral, social, familia, pareja), siendo el ámbito de la pareja el que más incidencia tiene con un 43%. |
| Descripción : | This project is aimed at the Implementation of an Intervention process Psychological that has a design based on resources provided by the Cognitive Theory Behavioral and Cognitive Therapy applied in the field of Gender Violence, where will structure a plan of sessions to address symptoms and support patients who they will be part of the sample and that they come to request psychological attention in the private consultation. Mesa and Córdova (2018) in a historical journey state that the hegemonic structures of societies favor segregationist styles against women, annulling their participation in the development of societies. It is necessary to estimate that it is considered a public health issue not because of the denomination pathological, but because of the social impact; for Gonzáles, Pardo and Izquierdo (2017) violence facilitates authority to the person who exercises it and submits to the person who receives it and in this way delimit positions of domination and hindrance. Highlighting the importance of the intrafamily environment in which the samples of violence, Mayor & Salazar (2019) mention that the family is the first socialization filter, if is that it is affected by violence, the transmission of different human values would be hindered that would decant in multiple damages of a psychological, physical and social nature. Ecuador has its own treaties on violence, the National Assembly of the Republic of Ecuador(2018) emphasizes the unequal power relations between men and women, where this provokes a symbolic ascent of the masculine against the feminine formulating a control that up to a certain point it is located as normalized and legitimized.
